Conditions under which a refund can be requested at FXRK.

FXRK does not offer refunds for challenge purchases once the payment has been completed and the service associated with the challenge has been activated.

Once the challenge account credentials are issued and the service becomes available, the challenge fee becomes non-refundable.

The challenge fee represents the cost of accessing the evaluation environment and the trading infrastructure provided within the FXRK program.

Refund Conditions

The amount paid for the challenge is not added to the first payout.

There are no automatic or manual refunds associated with payouts.
