If you violate any of the rules set in the FXRK Challenge, your account will be immediately disqualified, and you will no longer be allowed to trade on it.

Consequences of a Violation

• You will receive an email notification informing you of the infraction.

• No refund will be issued for the disqualified account.

• If you wish to try again, you will need to purchase a new Challenge.

Examples of Violations

• Exceeding the allowed Maximum Daily Loss

• Surpassing the account’s Maximum Total Loss

• Using prohibited trading strategies

• Violating any other FXRK rule outlined in the program terms
